Chang Wufei’s instructor.  Master O is strong and is known for his bald head.  He is also responsible for the creation of the Shenlong Gundam.  He is from the L5 Colony Cluster. He also helped create Vayeate and Mercurius and helped design the Wing Zero. He also helped with Deathsythe Hell and Altron Gundam.
